Well as to weather you should get back with him or not i guess that matter on how much you liked him to begin with and how long you guys where dating for etc.if you love him then give him a chance and overall if he is generally trust worthy then go for it but kissing on your best friend is defiantly not cool and if he did that he was mostly trying to hurt you. and as for your best friend depends how long you knew her for and if you think she was willingly kissing him...but i hope everything works out for you
