well, if he liked you once, he can like you again.
thats if you havent changed. be yourself, show your best qualities, make sure they shine through when you are with him :)
if you are really liking him again, then tell him. that way, you can find out if he likes you back.
look out for the things he did the first time he liked you? the way he acted.
does he get nervous easily when he's with you? does he touch you accidentaly, does he get embarassed easily around you?
