Is getting back with your ex-boyfriend a good idea? plezz read!?

okay so my ex-boyfriend and I are very close friends and I very much like him as a friend. He had a thing going on with this friend I had but they never really went official. Today my friends told me that she thinks they've stopped their ';thing'; and I could'nt but feel a tad happy. I mean I like the girl but .. hes my ex.


We havnt dated in over a year, and with the summer coming up Im wondering if it would be a good summer fling. I mean our relationship wasnt that great, I think with maturity it would be better.


I don't know how he would feel about the idea, and how to straight up aproach him about it.??

i had the same problem and i did try but the diff, we wouldnt see each other now were just talking and taking it from there but theres nothing wrong returning to your ex (: I DID IT TOO.
Go for it. Have a summer fling. I did this once with an ex. We had a summer fling, and it was fun. It didn't work out in the end, but we're still friends all these years later. Take him to a movie and at the beginning, whisper in his ear that after the movie you're going to do it with him. That will make the tension high! You will know right away whether he's into the idea of a summer fling or not!!!
well,does he have any body language that tells he like you.if u want to get back together with him u have to find the right place and time!
I agree with polo girl. you two broke up for a reason and even you said so yourself that your relationship wasn't any good. Don't waste your time with him. move on and go out with someone new. it's good that your good friends but it sounds like it's best to leave it at that.
well i agree with the no answers if it didn't work out the first time it wont the second. Obviously your going to be jealous i mean you probably really liked him and you cant see him with anyone else. you just want him because you cant have him so why should anyone else. i know how you feel i hate ex boyfriends that is always what happens to me. as hard as it sounds just let him go and find someone else who makes you happy. you don't need a bad relationship.

Why not get one of your friends to talk about it with him ?


They could say :


';Hey , why don't you go back out with [whatever your name is]?';


he would answer them .


Always works .


Make sure its a close friend ,


maybe a guy too .

It's not a good idea. You 2 broke up for a good reason. You said so yourself the realtionship wasn't great, so why put yourself and another party in that situation again?
